Hello, My name is NotBill/Declan and this is my website. I am a 19 year old computer science student from Canada. I make little blogs about my life, my music and my coding projects. The site is kind of dysfunctional since I am not a web developer and I am only just now learning HTML/CSS/Javascript, so bear with me.
